Magnetic nail polishes have recently started to become fashionable among women. With magnetic nail polish, wavy transition effects can be created on the nail polish by using the attraction force of the magnet. This feature is achieved by holding a magnet to the very fine iron powders contained in the magnetic nail polish. The iron powders in the magnetic nail polish are collected locally on the nail with the attraction effect of the magnet, and in the meantime, pleasant transitional effects are created on the nail. The shape of the magnetic nail polish effects is entirely due to the invisible shape on the magnet. So, how can we make these shapes given by the magnet ourselves? First of all, we recommend you an extra strong layer magnet of 1.5 mm thickness for this kind of work. For extra strong magnets with 1.5 mm thickness (see: 1.5 mm extra strong magnet)
Cut your sheet magnet 3 cm in diameter. Then draw an effect you want on a thick cardboard and carve out the inside of the shape you have drawn with a utility knife or scissors and clean it. Stick this template you have prepared on your magnet sheet that you cut with a diameter of 3 cm.
Warning: One side of sheet magnets is magnetic. Stick your template on the magnetic surface of the magnet you cut.
After applying your magnetic nail polish (before the nail polish dries), move the magnet containing your stencil you prepared as close to your nail as you can and wait until it dries a little. You will see the effect you designed on your nail.
